To support our Retail Training Team within our Retail and Sales Department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, Switzerland we are looking for a

 

International Retail Trainer – Eastern Countries (m/f – 100%)

 

Reporting to the IWC Department Manager International Training, the International Retail Trainer is responsible for the organization and implementation of trainings to Retail teams, offering training and consulting services to boutiques and managing related projects.

She/he will cover all of IWC’s Eastern markets including Greater China, South Korea, South-East Asia and Japan.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers coaching sessions in boutiques of her/his network and animates training sessions to develop sales skills and to increase client experience as well as boutique sales


• Offers 360° Retail consulting services to selected boutiques including analysis of Sales KPIs, boutique operations and CRM implementation


• Ensures implementation of HQ-led initiatives in boutiques


• Actively contributes to development of new training concepts


• Creates new and further develops existing training content


• Training and coaching efficiency is measured by boutique KPIs and Customer Experience evaluation result

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality environment, preferably in luxury


• Open, communicative personality


• Holistic business mindset


• Great presentation and public speaking as well as interpersonal skills


• Great selling skills and experience


• Open for travelling to Asia for at least 70% of their time with desk being located in Schaffhausen


• Good project management skills


• Fluent in Mandarin


• Very good English language skills
