We Offer

 

  • An interesting position in a Global Finance environment as the Executive Assistant to the Global Head of Operational Risk Control, a senior manager of Group Finance (GF) Switzerland

  • Management of day-to-day business agenda, prioritization and conflict resolution, as well as travel arrangements/bookings

  • You coordinate and handle expenses (travel expenses and invoice processing)

  • Ad hoc analyses and support for the functional COO and Management Team (N4)

  • Deputy function for the assistant of the GF Group Accountant (Managing Director)

  • You have the chance to fulfil and assume additional duties, as assigned


You Offer

 

  • Commercial education background (Swiss KV or equivalent) or higher

  • At least 3 years of secretarial experience at senior level; ideally you gathered experience working in a fast-paced international and multi-cultural environment

  • Good organization skills, ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and strong attention to detail

  • You have a precise and efficient work approach as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the flexibility to adapt to short-term changes in scheduling and planning

  • You have excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travels

  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written; German language skills would be advantageous

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sophisticated Internet-user
