Position Summary

To complete our eBusiness Operations team at the International Headquarter in Vevey (Switzerland), we are currently looking for an eBusiness Hubs Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead the set up, launch and operations of eBusiness Hubs, while coordinating the execution and tracking of category/market Integrated eBusiness Plans (IeBP) Following the launch, your will be responsible to manage eBusiness Hub(s), improve ways of working and maximizing value for internal customers.


 


A day in the life of an eBusiness Hubs Operations Manager

  • Manage the annual eBusiness planning cycle and implementation gates

  • Help categories/markets translate their eBusiness priorities to actionable plans

  • Lead the development and sign off of the IeBPs including eBusiness functional expertise, technology solutions, services, and capabilities

  • Ensure setting up and management of Hub(s) across different geographies

  • Manage team of functional experts and ensure capability standards are met in serving internal customers in delivering their eBusiness plans (categories, markets)

  • Constantly improve and optimize existing and/or develop new “services” to add value to businesses: Ensure performance KPIs are into place, measured and achieved.

  • Liaise with key stakeholders, ie eBusiness function, Zones, Categories, Markets, NBS and IT

  • Identify new capabilities needed for our Generating Demand community based on gaps or demand identified in markets/categories eBusiness Plans


What will make you successful

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

  • Experience working with technical teams on digital initiatives

  • Solid experience in people & stakeholders management

  • Solid project management expertise

  • Good understanding of technology solutions, their operation requirements and deliverables

  • Fluent in English, any other language would be a plus
