Main Responsibilities:



  • Supporting the JnJ EU MDR (Medical Device Regulation) Program

  • Work closely with functional business leads to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the solution deployed in support of the business goals and objectives

  • Business partnering with functions and Senior Leaders on the program

  • Provide planning support and financial expertise for business decisions and performs ad-hoc complex analyses to support business partners on special projects as assigned

  • Responsible for completing all Month and Quarter End close requirements (Journal Entries, Intercompany Recharges, Account Reconciliations, Budget vs Actual Analysis, Corporate Reporting, Headcount, etc.)

  • Supports Manager with complex research and analysis

  • Prepares ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed

  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental compliance

  • Participates in implementing continuous improvement, simplification, streamlining and standardization


Qualifikation


Who we are looking for:



  • At least Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent

  • 2+ years finance/accounting experience

  • Knowledge of accounting/finance, practices and techniques

  • SAP FI/CO and Ariba experience

  • Profound multiannual experience working in finance

  • Strong knowledge and skills in MS Office

  • Must be highly organized, creative, articulate and analytical

  • Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills

  • Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision

  • Good written and oral English communication skills, German is preferred

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited until the end of 2020, with an option for extension.
