Apply to JobJob ID250245BRPosition TitleTrial Management Implementation & Business Process LeadJob DescriptionSUMMARY: The TM, IBP Lead will direct, facilitate and support the implementation and roll out of business processes across the TM Group - in line with business goals and strategic objectives. Lead and manage ongoing STRIDE efforts to provide efficient STRIDE practices for TM as well as non-STRIDE business initiatives that impact the TM organization. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of a comprehensive implementation and business migration strategy and approach for the global, cross-divisional STRIDE platform. Responsible for ensuring that STRIDE implementation is successfully implemented in close alignment with related line functions by reviewing feedback from the TM organization on an ongoing basis.



1. Execute and refine the STRIDE strategy including the collation of content from subject matter experts in TM and incorporate lessons learned and feedback from TM community to improve processes



2. Communicate to TM organization about updates from STRIDE and new business processes



3. Collaborate with GDU operations teams and Learning Business Partners and facilitate and contribute to the development of TM associates tailored training required across TM roles



4. In collaboration with GDD Change Management group, foster the behavioral change in TM associates to facilitate training in new systems including Horizon, Rave-X, Origin, CAT, Novartis Connect. Align with the GDD Change Management group and TM Training Group to ensure that training content supports the overall behavioral change objectives of the program ensur-ing necessary levels of knowledge and maintaining business continuity



5. Organize, coordinate and perform formal process and content reviews of the materials in scope of STRIDE and other new business processes. Contribute to TM STRIDE governance meetings with roles in TM



6. Identify, specify and oversee any required changes in materials, processes required by TM and align with project teams on implementation of those changes for STRIDE or any business processes.



7. Management and coordination of various TM networks including Superuser Network, manage impact on system users across TM



8. Stakeholder management across line functions including TM leadership team



9. Contribution to GDD initiatives to reach alignment with relevance for TM roles in regard to processes, training, role clarification, system usageMinimum requirementsEDUCATION:



Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required.



• At least 8 years working directly in the area of global clinical trial execution/operation. Senior subject matter expert.



• 3+ years of experience as trainer, facilitator and/or course curriculum developer within the clinical trial environment is strongly preferred.



• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences and in a global setting.



• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels within a global organization.



• Strong organizational skills including managing multiple and overlapping deliverables/timelines.



• Advanced proficiency in computer software, SharePoint, MS Excel, web-conferencing.
