About the role
We are looking for an Telecommunications Engineer – DSP/Audio/Bluetooth to complete a team of highly
qualified professionals devoted to the design and the development of innovative secure mobile
communication solutions. For this international and dynamic environment, we are looking for a strong

Responsibilities

• Lead in the architecture design, development and testing of Digital Signal Processing algorithms
  for the Embedded Audio/Bluetooth Solutions.


• Responsibility of analyzing, designing and implementing new functionalities like secure and reliable
  communications and encryption over bluetooth.


• Working closely with the engineering teams


• Acting as a Senior within the team: mentoring and training colleagues on Digital Signal
  Processing topics.


• Involved in the development of secure communication solutions.

Your profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar


• Required knowledge/experience dealing with digital signal processing of voice/audio signals


• Required knowledge/experience programming in C / C++


• Desired knowledge/experience programming the bluetooth stack, particularly with the audio profiles.


• Desired knowledge/experience in Cryptographic applications.


• Ability to propose solutions and strategies for improving software structure


• Proactive and independent personality


• Ability to deliver high-quality production code and meet deadlines


• Structured and autonomous approach to work


• Fluency in English


• Eligibility to live and work in Switzerland
