Your role

In Zofingen suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/einen


Quality Assurance Manager

Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellen der cGMP Compliance von Anlagen- und Systemqualifizierungen


• Mitarbeit bei der Überwachung des Qualitätssicherungssystems


• Sie prüfen/erstellen Qualifizierungsdokumente in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Herstellung und/oder dem Engineering


• Sie sind verantwortlich für das Bearbeiten, Verfolgen und Sicherstellen des fristgerechten Abschlusses von Abweichungen, Reklamationen sowie der dazugehörigen Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmassnahmen (CAPAs) bei Anlagen sowie übergeordneten Systemen (z.B. Reinwasser, Stickstoff, HLK, etc.)


• Beurteilen und genehmigen von Änderungen an Anlagen sowie für übergeordnete Systeme


• Planung und Kontrolle von Abläufen bei Anlagen- und Systemqualifizierungen


• Überprüfung des Anlagenqualifizierungsstatus im Rahmen von periodischen Reviews


• Sie verfassen und überarbeiten SOP's


• Beurteilen und genehmigen von Ergebnissen des Temperatur Mapping für Lagerräume am Standort Zofingen


• Kontrolle der Instandhaltungs- und Kalibrierungsaktivitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Serviceprovider


• Mitwirkung bei Selbstinspektionen, Kundenaudits und Behördeninspektionen


• Mitwirkung in diversen Projekten im Rahmen der Aufgaben der QAQS

Your profile

• Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss (Ingenieurwesen, Pharmazie oder Prozess- Chemieingenieur) oder haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit adäquater Weiterbildung in der pharmazeutischen / chemischen Industrie


• Sie besitzen Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position innerhalb eines pharmazeutischen Umfelds


• Sie konnten fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sowie im GMP-Umfeld sammeln


• Sie sind versiert im Umgang MS-Office


• Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift


• Zielorientierte Persönlichkeit


• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten


• Belastbar und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
