As a Product Owner based in Geneva, you will be at the heart of Pictet AM’s Online Channels and Digital Services offering. You will take ownership of the process, from the design to the operation stage, while working closely with the marketing content teams.

The Online Channels and Digital Services offering is made up of our main website am.pictet, our thematic site mega.online, as well as our country blogs and client portals. It also includes connected services for our clients such as fund tools, educational platforms, digital APIs or event management capabilities.

• To take ownership of the offering, maintain it and prioritise the product backlog, as well as working with the marketing content teams to define and write user stories based on business requirements.


• To work closely with the cross-functional delivery teams to manage product design, internal and near-shore development, architecture, UX, SEO, analytics, testing and release management.


• To assist the delivery team in understanding what to build by writing epics, features and user stories to meet the corresponding acceptance criteria, and accept the delivered features at the end of each iteration.


• To lead agile ceremonies, and work with an agile coach to support the agile transformation of the delivery team.


• To identify new requests and contribute to the definition and evolution of the overall customer platform roadmap.


• To work closely with the client platform owner(s) to anticipate new requirements and to suggest alternatives and influence decisions on business solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technology-related field or equivalent.


• Two to five years’ experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role in product management, leading digital delivery teams in agile development.


• Keen interest in content management, UX, analytics and SEO.


• Experience with the Sitecore CMS or another enterprise content management system, a plus.


• Familiar with the latest product design trends and mobile, web and cloud technologies, would be a plus.


• Resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate

• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to moderate, animate and structure discussions; a good command of French would be a plus.


• Ability to manage ambiguity, suggest solutions and get things done.
