The internship assignment

At Tesla, our Sales & Delivery intern consistently deliver a strong business understanding and support to local project management. During this internship, you will have the possibility to support several actions aiming to enhance the performance of your store, as well as its local organization.

Learning goals & Tasks

• Provide support to store manager's strategic planning as well as development for the region.


• Take responsibility on projects to enhance the store performance and organization.


• Operate the store car and supply management.


• Help the local leadership to identify business potential by providing analytical and market research.


• Assist the sales and delivery on-site coordination.


• Be a brand ambassador for Tesla within the region as well as supporting marketing programs.


• Learn in detail the design of our cars and become able to deliver product demonstration to potential customers, following the customer journey.


• Administer the sales process as appropriate as well as provide administration activities for events and other marketing activities.


• Contribute to delivery efforts by conducting walkthroughs on new and CPO vehicles and related coordination activities.


• Additional projects may be possible during your internship within the sales and delivery function.

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English. German language skills not required but beneficial.


• You are Innovative. You like to find new ways to think about your market and how to engage with it—from the store to the community. 


• You are Curious. You want to learn about our industry, products and processes. You want to learn about the processes “behind the scenes.” That way you can anticipate challenges in sales and delivery and work around them. From broad concepts to small details, you are out to learn. 


• You are flexible team member. No one works alone at Tesla. You understand the importance of teamwork and can be trusted. You are not afraid to support by working on evenings and weekends to achieve team goals.


• You are a safe driver. You have a record of safe driving and a valid driving license.
