| Your Responsibilities |
| Supervision of the worldwide Consumer Affairs Manager network Documentation and reporting of customer complaints and inquiries as well as building and evaluation of complaints statistics Coordination exchange of information to various departments Assessment of complaints and identification of potential quality issues Create monthly and quarterly reports (KPI) Manage inquiries about products and ingredients Host and assist international customer service inbox Global assistance in communication flow and steering through an issue Ensuring that statements for company and brand are available |
| Your Qualifications |
| You have a scientific background in toxicology, chemistry, pharmacy, microbiology or equivalent (e.g. Drogist, Pharmareferent) Fluency in German and English is required for this position You bring very good organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple assignments You possess a customer service mind set (consumer & customer focused) You have excellent interdisciplinary and communication skills Knowledge in MS Office is key and SAP is strongly desired |
