 Ihre Aufgaben

• Sparringpartner/in für die Vorgesetzten des Betreuungsbereiches bei der Einleitung und Umsetzung von Transfer-, Trennungs- und Veränderungsprozessen sowie schwierigen Personalfragen


• Unterstützen und koordinieren der jährlichen HR Prozesse (Performance Management, Compensation Review, HCM, etc.) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen HR Business Partnern und HR International SPoC und den Vorgesetzten


• Verantwortlich für den Rekrutierungsprozess; Beantragung und Ausschreibung der Stellen, Führen von Interviews und Selektion von geeigneten Bewerber/innen


• Mitarbeit in einheitsspezifischen oder übergreifenden HR-Projekten


• Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Meetings und Telefonkonferenzen im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäfts und bei Projekten
   

 Ihr Profil

• Höhere Fachausbildung (HF/FH/Universität) oder kfm. Ausbildung und Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources


• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position; vertraut mit dem HR Management in internationalen Organisation


• Engagierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hoher Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Eigeninitiative


• Motivierte/r, länderübergreifend arbeitende/r Teamplayer


• Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
