We Offer

 



  • A meaningful role in the CRO and Regulatory Change department. Our team delivers IT projects within the Credit Risk space for Wealth Management

  • Being a part of a program with 10 projects that are maintaining about 30 end user applications in the Credit Risk Management area covering all credit types and collaterals of a global Wealth management institute

  • We offer you the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex and global change projects

  • You will coordinate projects independently, adhere to scope, budget, and schedule, and test new business requirements

  • You will also build up and balance positive relationships with various partners (Credit Officers, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with a high exposure to Senior Management

  • You will take care of the end-to-end delivery and IT implementation within the project

  • Develop and improve user training and partner communications, and have the chance to create and improve the business case and story line


You Offer

 



  • Several years of professional experience in Credit Risk Management

  • Higher education degree in Banking, Economics, Business Administration or similar

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel are an asset to our team

  • Ability to interact with senior management, build trusted partnerships, deliver sound opinion and to present relevant solutions

  • Objective oriented, ambitious and teammate personality who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a spirit of true team work

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and business proficiency in German and English

  • You are a self-starter with a positive personality, committed to ongoing learning, and you love to share your knowledge with others
