In this challenging role you will be part of a professional team – working in agile mode - and act as a contact person for AXA's Contact Center Solution based on Alcatel Genesys. This business-critical service provides load balancing for voice and non-voice tasks to AXA collaborators Switzerland wide. To manage the Contact Center Solution you are working closely with the customer, the product owner and the infrastructure managers.
