Job Overview


The Bevaix site is active in the domain of pressure sensors. This Swiss manufacturing and development site is IATF 16949 certified; it employs 70 people and is wholly recognized as one of the worldwide leaders in digital pressure sensor systems. Only weighing a few grams, our products are designed to be implemented in diverse applications in the automotive, consumer and industrial markets.


 


In order to strengthen the Research and Development team, we are looking for an entry within the best delays:


 


Electronic Engineer (M/F)


Department: Research and Development


 


The successful candidate will be involved in the testing and test optimization of silicon pressure sensors.


Responsibilities & Qualifications


Your career with us:


In your position, you will be responsible in the following reliability tasks:



  • Development of electronics needed for sensor and ASICs development and testing,

  • Point of reference for collaborative developments in electronics area,

  • Definition, development and maintaining communication interfaces,

  • Close collaboration with the R&D packaging and MEMS teams,

  • Exploration of the limits of the current system design to open new opportunities,

  • Reporting on status, achievement & planned corrective actions,

     

    Your strong commitment will make you successful to:


  • Product & process development and improvements,

  • Maintain and develop a high-quality sensor know-how,

  • Bring new designs to an industrial level.

     

    You will interact also with your colleagues as the referent for all Electronics topics in the sensor development programs.

  • Electronics is your passion and you like playing with sensors,

  • Electronics Engineer or equivalent title with 3-5 years of experience in electronics development,

  • C/C++ programming with practical experience in embedded software,

  • Integrate FPGA design,

  • Design of PCB’s on Altium or equivalent,

  • Understanding of digital protocols (SPI, I2C, SENT, USB, RS232…) and sensor systems,

  • Good knowledge in English and French,

  • Always looking to improve and try new ideas,

  • Organized, accurate and structured,

  • Energizing and result oriented,

  • Open minded and intercultural awareness.
