...then you must be the right person to join our team as Sales Associate within our Montblanc Boutique in Zürich!

 

 

You will be successful in this position if you are:

 

• Able to create and build long-term relationships with your clients by offering them exemplary service and experience in order to foster brand loyalty


• Interested in knowing everything about our products and sharing & engaging customers with the collections best suited for them and constantly introducing add-on sales to maximize the sales potential


• Results driven and able to achieve individual and boutique sales targets


• Able to identify opportunities to gain new local/international clients and increase sales


• An Ambassador of Montblanc in the Boutique as well as at external events


• Contributing to the smooth running of the Boutique operations (Boutique maintenance, inventory, goods transfers, security procedures…) by being at ease with internal IT tools


• A real team player and willing to contribute to the success of the boutique team


• Managing customer complaints with the highest standard of customer service

 

Your precious skills we are looking for:

 

• A proven track record of establishing and growing strong Client relationships (+3years)


• Business, retail, hospitality background or equivalent


• Strong interpersonal, communication and sales skills


• Highly results-driven, reliable, proactive and flexible


• Client & Service orientation


• Team spirit, “go-getter”, “hands-on” and positive mindset


• Thinking out of the box (natural talent for networking, creative in finding new business opportunities…)


• Fluent (Swiss) German and English, any other language is a plus
