Overview:
To strengthen our Information Technology organization, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, IT International, based in Geneva and reporting to the CIO.
Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager for Information Technology (IT) is responsible for leading a team of Business Process Analysts and IT Professionals in designing and optimizing analytical tools, business processes, support services and systems for international markets at Genomic Health. He/she will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts, IT Product Managers and Program Managers across our global team in Geneva, International markets and Redwood City, USA to define and implement IT projects, involving process changes or system changes. The ideal candidate will work with a global mindset and be enthusiastic about collaboration across global teams to identify optimal systems solutions to support international commercialization while looking to leverage global processes, systems and practices for local use. The Senior Manager will operate across multiple functions, including Sales and Marketing, Sales Analytics, Field operations, Customer Service, Technical Support, Finance, Supply Chain and other supporting functions.
Key Accountabilities and Duties
Management
· Staff, train, supervise, and develop a team of Business Process Analysts and IT engineers to support and enable International business development and growth
· Provide direction and guidance to ensure team members efficiently and effectively execute their projects
· Assure that projects are delivered to quality standards, with appropriate scope and on time
· Scoping and definition of projects together with business stakeholders and global IT teams
· Set the standard for quality in business analysis techniques, project execution, cross-functional communication, project management, and interpersonal relationships
· Support IT Product Managers in defining platform road-maps and project scope by providing input regarding International needs
· Drive communication within international leadership team for prioritization between different projects supporting commercialization activities. Provide project status updates to team members and senior management in both verbal and written format.
· Manage and set expectations with senior International leadership and global IT and functional leadership to ensure that an appropriate balance of local and global needs is met
· Propose strategies to support business needs and turn these in to action to ensure team can meet global and local business objectives
· Represent the IT function in Geneva, including compliance with global IT policies, adoption or tailoring of standardized processes, management of resources and budget
Duties
· Lead the development of an International IT Systems and Support Road-map supporting all products, business operating models and multi-national data compliance requirements as part of the Global Road-map in collaboration with the international leadership
· Work with subject matter experts, business leadership and Platform Life-cycle Managers to design processes that add business capabilities, improve operational efficiencies, and increase the organization's ability to scale.
· Manage the development of detailed documentation (process flow charts, decision tables, business requirements documents) to aid in the development and refinement of new processes.
· Provide input and support to business teams during the implementation phase of projects, including carrying out software user testing, composing SOPs, and/or conducting employee training, and other change management processes.
· Assure front-line support in troubleshooting process and systems issues post-launch from a business user point of view
· Management against support services SLA, helping to provide an outstanding experience to end users of IT systems and hardware
· Represent Geneva and International market teams within IT function, influencing IT functional direction as needed
· Management and selection of 3rd party vendors as required to deliver analysis and technical projects across a range of areas

Furthermore you have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
· BS/MS in Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
· 10+ years of demonstrated success in a business analysis, process development, or project management role, or equivalent experience within a related job function that requires both technical and business functional interactions and stakeholder management
· 3+ years of experience providing technical and customer support to a set of end users
· 3+ years management experience, preferably in a direct supervisory role
· Experience working with cloud-based ERP and CRM solutions desired
· Excellent level of English and good level of one additional European language required
