Production support tasks such as preparation and approval of dispositions for concessions and definition of acceptance test procedures for structural components
Development tasks such as preliminary structural analysis, drawing approval or preparation of technical requirement documents for structural components
Certification tasks such as preparation and checking of certification reports such as for loads, structural analysis, structural testing, and fatigue and damage tolerance analysis (crack initiation and crack growth)
Project management including project definitions and progress reporting
What you bring:
MSc in mechanical or aerospace engineering with focus on aircraft structures
A minimum of 5 years working experience as aerospace structural engineer (primary & secondary structures)
Sound knowledge in classical stress analysis and FE structural analysis (NASTRAN, Femap)
Experience with aircraft loads, fatigue and damage tolerance
Sound German and English, verbal and written level appropriate communication skills
Flexible, innovative and able to work on tight deadlines
Active team member providing own contribution to team success
