Description

We are now looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our international team at our global Client in Suisse Romande (Geneva area).

This is a position as a consultant, and the mission should last 5 months.

Part time position : 50 to 80 %

THE ROLE:

• You will join and support a challenging program with multiple streams and IT Project Managers.


• Be responsible for providing Change Management work such as internal communication.


• Prepare documentation and improve processes for communication and internal marketing.


• Coach the people who will benefit from the projects.


• Manage and measure organisational impact.


• Help with visual/communication for the overall program.


• Assist and support the Change Management Director with the everyday-tasks

Profil

• At least a first (1 to 5 years) experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.


• Experience with impact assessment and dealing with stakeholders.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Masters Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.


• Proactive, independent and fast-learning personality.


• Fluent in French and English.
