  • A challenging and dynamic role within the COO team of the Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing and Branding (IRCMB) function.

  • IRCMB is responsible for the strategic and financial information flow to investors, analytics, rating agencies and proxy advisors and creating access to CS management for those stakeholders. IRCMB advises on and actively manages group-wide and regional communications with the media, as well as positions and manages the CS Brand into one voice to external and internal stakeholders.

  • An active role in supporting the function’s continuous development of its operational risk management, governance and control framework by collaborating closely with our risk and control officer, the leadership team of the function and wider with all areas of our function as well as other peer functions and Divisions across the Bank

  • Opportunity to regularly liaise with specialists from risk, compliance, data security officers etc. and other relevant partners across the Bank, in order to ensure alignment of our functional approach with the wider enterprise risk and control framework

  • Act as SME for our teams and actively supporting and counseling them with ensuring alignment of our processes and business as usual operations with central guidelines, regulatory and legislation development, governance and documentation requirements etc.

  • Working closely with our key process owners in order to analyze bottom-up our daily operations, better understand the key operational risk already incurred by our function as well as the ones potentially developing in comparison with industry peers and versus emerging legislation, developing vision on identifying, reporting and addressing potential upcoming risks.

  • Direct exposure to some of the fastest developing topics in our industry such as digital marketing, online and social media communications, digital analytics, search engine optimization, data protection regulations etc., and the opportunity to participate in further improving the design of traditional risk management policies and procedures in order to even further enhance the effectiveness of our controls and compliance


You Offer

 

  • University degree or post-graduate studies

  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience preferably but not limited to a publishing / editing house, PR agency, communication, media, advertising or marketing firm

  • Interest in the media, communications, brand and digital marketing and the willingness to learn and manage the operational risk management aspects of these functions within a banking industry perspective

  • Previous exposure and personal interest to functional specific topics and industry developments in the areas of Digital marketing, User Experience, Social Media communication, Brand protection and recognition, GDPR, ESG aspects etc. would be a plus

  • You combine excellent organizational skills, with a keen analytical and structured approach and a fresh dynamic independent thinker mindset

  • As a great team player within a rather small central structure, you show a motivated and flexible can-do attitude, and have the ability to collaborate with our leadership team and business partners at all hierarchical levels of the organization

  • Pragmatic and results oriented mindset, with the ability to process sometimes more complex operational risk and control concepts and propose simple yet effective solutions tailored to the business needs

  • Fluent language skills in English, German, French or Italian knowledge would be a plus

  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office, Excel, PowerPoint required, further knowledge of Adobe AEM
