  • Be part of an ambitious and diverse team of experts within an exciting working environment in the International Wealth Management (IWM) COO Business Area

  • Become a senior partner in managing client-facing applications to strengthen business integration in the day-to-day practice

  • You will have the responsibility and accountability for business integration support, providing exchange platforms across Business Areas, adequate client feedback channeling, conducting partner trainings and delivering assigned requirements according to the defined roadmap in time and quality

  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all support-related themes for our digital delivery programs

  • Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog in close collaboration with cross-divisional partners

  • Continuous alignment with significant stakeholders from various departments within the bank such as product owners and IT to elevate best-in-class quality for assigned front-end applications

  • Enabling active and cross-departmental communication at different hierarchical levels

  • Your contribution will play a key role to deliver sustainable results with a significant impact for the bank and specifically the international wealth management division


You Offer

 

  • A university degree in business administration, economics, law, or an equivalent education

  • At least 5 years of validated working experience in Private Banking Front Office or Product Management ideally gained in the financial service sector

  • Experience as Business Manager or as a Product Owner for front-end applications

  • Solid understanding of financial products across banking services

  • Passionate about new technologies and a profound understanding of global client experience and mobile trends

  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude

  • You love to handle several tasks simultaneously in a structured and result-driven way and to simplify complex issues to expedite the decision-making process

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and consultative skills and thrive in a cross-functional environment

  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to motivate people across organizational and geographical boundaries for a common goal

  • Do you bring conceptual and analytical skills and are able to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to respond to business needs?

  • Fluency in English and German is required
