Your area of responsibility

Our Portfolio Management Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Junior Portfolio Manager Real Estate (f/m), supporting our growing team located in Luxembourg. The Team is responsible for the regulatory aspects of Portfolio Management within our funds. In this role you will take an active part in the whole life-cycle management of Real Estate funds with various internal and external interfaces.



  • Monitoring of the Asset Manager / Investment Advisor

  • Support of Portfolio Managers in performance measurement and profitability forecasts of funds

  • Day-to-day business of portfolio management, including liquidity management and loan administration

  • Preparation and development of reportings

  • Support for assessment and analysis of potential investments for the Investment Committee

  • Organization, preparation and participation of/in Valuation Committees

  • Deviation analyses

  • Support for new fund setups

  • Possibility to grow into Portfolio Manager function


Your profile



  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or comparable education

  • 1-2 years or more of related experience, either within the portfolio management function of an AIFM or a depositary / audit role focusing on alternative investments and/or private equity

  • Expertise in the field of real estate and accounting is an advantage

  • Superior problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task and handle deadlines without supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships in an international business environment with internal and external partners

  • Experience in working in a dynamic and close-knit atmosphere, being able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

  • Very good organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize

  • Pursuing the CFA / CAIA designation would be an asset

  • Very good German and English language skills absolutely necessary; knowledge of French an advantage
