Associate Director Rewards (m/f/d)

The Role


You will serve as a strategic advisor to clients around their Total Rewards challenges (including Executive Compensation), manage, expand and acquire Swiss client relationships, and network with the Rewards community in Switzerland. You will also lead on the Rewards team’s sales and marketing strategy, in alignment with the broader Talent & Rewards vision. You will contribute with your thought leadership to the overall development of the T&R business in Switzerland.



You will be based in our Zurich office, but are also expected to travel to client offices as required.


Tasks and Responsibilities:


 


You will be expected to contribute to the business in the Switzerland by focusing on the following:


 



  • Understanding the Rewards market and competitive landscape in Switzerland

  • Delivering the integrated Rewards service offering (including Executive Compensation, Corporate Governance)

  • Developing the business and contributing to local WTW brand building

  • Leading and developing relationships with marquee clients

  • Establishing yourself as a key advisor to clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management

  • Demonstrating ability to grow people by effectively mentoring and coaching staff within the business

  • Building relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-business teams

  • Leveraging intellectual capital that has been developed and tailoring the content to meet the needs of the clients

  • Partnering with corporate marketing to develop creative marketing strategies and collateral materials

  • Demonstrating exceptional project management capabilities


The Requirements



  • Significant (7+) experience in a senior role in the areas of integrated Rewards, incl. Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance

  • Proven track-record of successfully advising SMI companies, at Executive and Board level

  • Recognition as a trusted advisor by senior leaders in the Swiss Rewards community

  • Proven business management skills, including financial and people management

  • Ability to influence senior management and work across all levels of an organization as a team player

  • Collaborative business style, internally and externally

  • Excellent client relationship skills, interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial attitude

  • Extensive experience with business development and track record proving sales capabilities

  • Superior understanding of human resource issues within major global organizations and in entrepreneurial environments

  • Knowledge of Rewards solutions, and appreciation of the role of technology in service delivery is an advantage

  • Commitment to quality and professionalism; continuously working to achieve the highest quality standards

  • Presence with polished and well-developed written and oral communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
