Stellenbeschreibung


We are looking for a flexible, customer-oriented and committed personality who would like to prove her/his organizational skills on a daily basis. The position is limited until end of 2020.


Your main responsibilities:



  • Supporting our Swiss Managing Directors in their administrative tasks

  • Supporting various projects

  • Answering the phone

  • Welcoming our clients

  • Responsible for a good appearance of the office premises

  • General office administration work (order office material, mailing, etc.)

  • Organizing Office Events


Qualifikationen



  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or higher school certificate (e.g. Matura)

  • Preferably practical experience in comparable position

  • Very good knowledge of MS office

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • French mother tongue and fluent in English (Advanced level), German is an additional asset
