drive service quality and process improvement for cash management operations globally
become the subject matter expertise in the core systems and processes of cash management operations
handle administrative tasks in functional management
support key projects and initiatives driven internally and externally through knowledge inputs, documentation, and statistical evidence/analytics

You’ll be working in the Process Management team in Zurich, Switzerland. We are responsible for the service and process for cash and liquidity management operations globally, handling a variety of topics, from improving daily business to working on strategic liquidity projects.
Your expertise:
You have:
experience in the financial industry, preferably in Operations
strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out). Proven track record of putting together a business case
proven track record of creativity, thinking outside of the box, and execution
proven track record of resilience towards regular and administrative tasks
You are:
passionate in exploring the field of cash & liquidity management
excellent in MS excel, word, ppt
an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
fluent in English, additional language skills preferred
