Kopter Group AG specializes in the development, production, commercialization and support of a new generation of helicopters. It is based in the Zurich region and currently employs 300 people. Its first model, the single turbine SH09, offers the highest standards of safety, comfort and performance, coupled with low operating costs. Additionally, it provides the largest cabin/cargo volumes, outstanding modularity and the latest generation of electronic systems. Built for the most demanding missions, the SH09 helicopter is generating an excellent market response.


Your responsibilities



  • Implementation of quality inspection process of individual parts and assemblies

  • First Article Inspections (EN 9102) and conformance inspections of individual parts and assemblies

  • Completion of supplier complaints (English & German)

  • Execution of supplier quality notification

  • Ensure the control of supplier parts in accordance with drawing and Kopter process

  • Execution of external incoming goods inspections on site at the suppliers


Your qualifications



  • Technical apprenticeship in the metal, plastic or composite sector

  • At least 3 years professional experience in the aerospace industry in Quality field

  • Experience and knowledge of quality inspection process flows in aviation industry

  • Experience in coordinating measuring machine (e.g. 2D and 3D machine)

  • Knowledge of EASA Part 21 -  EASA Part 145

  • Knowledge of EN 10204

  • Good SAP knowledge, particular in the modules MM and QM

  • Willingness to travel of approx. 10%

  • English and German (written and oral)

  • Team-capable and solution-oriented personality
