Digital Acquisition Manager DACH

As a Digital Acquisition Manager you will grow exponentially demand and engagement coming from digital channels by managing our digital ads strategy (SEM, Social, Directories), SEO strategy, digital campaigns, experimenting with new channels and optimizing our on-page conversion.


 


Your Responsibilities



  • Build, optimize, and scale Beekeeper’s DACH digital acquisition strategies by leveraging a combination of paid and organic channels and tactics to drive profitable growth in our lead and SQL volume, customer volume, and revenue

  • Optimize investments and manage daily execution across a full portfolio of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.), programs (e.g., paid search, remarketing, display advertising, social ads), and geographies with a focus on customer acquisition and profitability

  • Establish closed-loop and full-funnel analysis of acquisition effort to identify opportunities for improving and maximising ROAS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a holistic, full-funnel approach to optimization of our digital campaigns, SEO strategy by analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and implementing growth experiments

  • Partner with other teams on development and implementation of a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy

  • Develop, evaluate, and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures

  • Manage agency and other media buyers supporting performance marketing campaigns


What we look for in you



  • 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably in a Saas environment / B2B

  • Experience managing digital marketing budgets - minimum of 200k/year an 

  • Advanced in Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Advanced in SEO Marketing (On-page and Off-page)

  • Proficient with Google Analytics and other Digital Marketing Tools (Hubspot, Hotjar, etc.)

  • Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets)

  • Deep familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, CPO, ARPU and LTV

  • Have a proven track record of delivering improvements in CPA across digital marketing channels and campaigns

  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about product and working with startup companies

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German

  • Experience managing marketing agencies and freelancers

  • Language: being fluent in other european languages is a plus
