The Design & Delivery Team is central in the development of new products and offerings for the mass-market, including Neo-TV and 5G. We are responsible for ensuring brilliant customer and agent experiences through best-in-class processes and standards. Our team is looking for someone who can support us in key customer retention projects.
Scoping, designing and implementing changes for the retention of mobile and fixed-net customers
Driving the strategic evolution and transformation of the retention operating model
Managing Customer Service project teams in close collaboration with our Churn Management Marketing Team
Ensuring operational readiness for new customer retention offerings and processes
Building strong working relationships across all Customer Service functions, as well as Residential Marketing, Technology and other departments
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience as Project Manager planning and implementing projects focusing on promotions of consumer products or customer retention
preferably in the telecommunication industry
Hands-on in delivering project results and high level of dedication and energy
Strong skills in the design, improvement and implementation of processes as well as test management
Service-minded and outgoing personality with high level of empathy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and German in speaking and writing mandatory
