Technical Application Supporter 3rd Level 100% (m/f)


Your responsibilities



  • Maintain and improve the development infrastructure, including virtualization, cloud, tools etc.

  • Organization of application support in strong collaboration with the development team and the
    Service Delivery, including solving, documenting, escalating

  • Analyzes error hints on IT systems and software modules

  • Assists in identifying software errors and solving them

  • Building and maintaining of a support knowledge base

  • Member of Backend Team


Your qualifications



  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical engineering

  • Junior or Mid-level

  • Profound knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Git

  • Knowledge of Linux administration and scripting

  • Knowledge of MongoDB as well as SQL Databases

  • Knowledge in REST, JSON, HTTPS

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence

  • Knowledge of Bamboo, Stash advantageous

  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker advantageous

  • Good self-organization and personal responsibility

  • Strong team and service orientation

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
