Sales Director National Accounts   

Use your skills in the following areas


In the position of Sales Director National Accounts, you will be responsible for the strategic business development of national key accounts within Switzerland.
The following tasks will be your responsibility:



  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients

  • Approach potential clients to present and negotiate proposed solutions

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Develop tailor-made programs in accordance with customers' needs

  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, delivery, operations) in order to optimize the delivery model

  • Create strategic account plans and keep them up to date

  • Support the head of sales in various sales-related projects

   

Your skills will move us forward together

 

By combing your bachelor/master degree in international sales, -management, -marketing or similar, as well as, several years of experience as a strategic account manager with the skills listed below, you will possess the valuable assets needed for this position.



  • Strong ability to close strategic deals

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Adaptability and creativity in finding solutions

  • Familiarity with Outsourcing, RPO, MSP and all kinds of recruitment solutions

  • Strong acquisition skills with the ability to onboard new clients

  • Over-achiever who is results-orientated

  • A team player who is stress resistant and flexible

  • Perfect communication skills both in German and English. French would be advantageous

  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills
