Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Assist customers in digital transformation and take responsibility for developing Web and SOA based solutions for new business cases (using different cloud services)


• Specification of customer requirements with the business units with the leading role in the definition and selection of solutions architecture and design


• Professional leadership and responsibility in a wide range of topics, from the analysis of complex requirements, design of the solution to implementation


• Collaboration within the IT organization and with the KPMG global network for the evaluation of new technologies for the business units (with focus on Microsoft Azure)


• Further implementation of methodologies, services, solutions and support to transform into a cloud-based and service-oriented architecture


• Leading a diverse team of solutions developers and experts to transform our legacy application landscape into our evolving cloud driven architecture

This is what makes you successful

• Completed apprenticeship in computer science and / or bachelor's degree in computer science


• Several years of experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions in Azure, Office365, ServiceNow or other IaaS / PaaS / SaaS technologies


• Proven knowledge and experience in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps and Testing) as well as technologies such as Web Services (REST), Robotics, Server-less Computing, Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning advantage


• Well-founded skills to understand complex business requirements and to translate them into technical requirements


• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies, you are highly motivated and enjoy innovation


• You are fluent in German and English and communicate very well
