Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Responsible for the internal IT service catalogue as well as team of Service Delivery engineers as well as writing and coordinating internal and external service level agreements


• Eager to identify IT service catalogue optimizations, ensure continuous service improvements and identify cost optimizations


• Jointly negotiate 3rd party supplier conditions and contracts


• Focus on customer centricity to rapidly immerse in the need of our internal and external customers


• Build up a understanding of our technology offerings and to apply those in the context of the internal customer's industry


• Support in monitoring of open incident tickets, problem tickets and service requests, and define together with IT Finance the internal charging of IT services to customers

This is what makes you successful

• Graduated in IT, Business Informatics, Business or equivalent


• Approximately 3 years work experience in similar positions


• Proven practical experience in negotiating financial conditions and supplier contracts


• Stakeholder management on all internal levels as well as with external service partners, strong inter-personal and communication skills are expected


• Good understanding of ITIL, service level definitions and monitoring as well as profound experience with service and cost optimization


• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus
