HEAD OF IT SUPPORT SERVICES (m/f)

Schaan, LiechtensteinThe Head of global IT support services is a challenging global leadership role, with strong local flavors in various countries. The role is for experienced leaders with high affinity for IT customer service management. The role covers besides daily operations also challenging projects, process management tasks and transformation. As part of the IT Management Team, the candidate shall be a senior leader. Your responsibilities

• You will lead the global IT Service Desk and IT Audio Visual Services.


• You will monitor and improve operational processes in Service Desk .


• You will transform Service Desk into a global IT Service Management organization with local flavor.


• You will establish best in class standards and scalable procedures for a global Service Desk.


• You will analyze global trends, conduct research on products or benchmarks and create basis for management decision taking.


• You will support standardization and scalability of technology.

Your qualifications

• You have a few years of leadership experience in a global IT environment.


• You have experiences in Project- and ITIL Process Management.


• You have outstanding customer service orientation.


• You have strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial mind set.


• You are a team player and have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English.


• Your willingness to travel internationally round off your profile.
