We Offer

 

  • You an exciting role based in Zurich within the Financial Crime Compliance Chief Operating Officer (FCC COO) department of Compliance

  • An opportunity to be part of the Strategic Planning team within FCC COO, and to work closely with the Global Head of FCC and FCC Chief Compliance Officer in support of defining the strategic priorities for the department, as well as driving internal and external communications and education

  • You have the rare opportunity to personally contribute to the bank's Financial Crime Compliance strategy through the development and presentation of strategic ideas and communications, as well as an excellent chance to build in-depth Compliance and business knowledge

  • An excellent possibility for you to collaborate with multiple business partners on all seniority levels in developing content, preparing and facilitating internal discussions and meetings, managing deliverables, ensuring the alignment of information across the organization to the overall divisional and bank-wide strategy 

  • An opportunity to prepare high quality strategic presentations for senior bank management, auditors, and regulators, providing support in analyzing and visualizing strategic and operational contents for bank-wide presentations, town halls and other communications and developing frequent status reports and updates


You Offer

 

  • A university degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration or Economics)

  • Experience in a compliance, consulting, strategy, chief-of-staff, project management, or business management function

  • Prior experience in Compliance and / or Regulatory Affairs would be seen as a plus, strong interest in Compliance is expected

  • You have an excellent ability to structure complex and dynamic content into easily digestible narratives, with demonstrated presentation skills and ability to write clear and concise business communications for senior management audiences

  • You are an expert in drafting and visualizing presentations in PowerPoint and excellent command of other MS office products

  • You speak English on a proficient level. German language skills would be considered as a strong asset

  • You are familiar with functions of a major international bank, with strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to think and act independently

  • You enjoy working in a fast paced and changing environment

  • You have solid people management skills and client-focused approach that allows you to feel at ease at operating on all hierarchy level

  • Analytical and conceptual skills plus attention to detail is the desired features for the role.

  • Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect with others throughout the organization
