Job Description


As part of our Digital Services team, you will help to enhance our existing learning platform towards an integrated high-quality learning environment that offers a multitude of formats and channels in a user-oriented way, aiming to be at the forefront of how learning is delivered today. You will work collaboratively with content and service providers as well as with internal teams to plan, develop, and execute projects relating to digital learning, such as content creation and delivery, skills management, webinars, etc.


Your responsibilities



  • Handle content creation and management workflows

  • Develop concepts based on market developments and needs, and apply them to practice

  • Manage and support user groups worldwide

  • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides

  • Identify and implement suitable new learning technologies


Qualifications



  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to create project timelines and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • High degree of self-management and commitment

  • Excellent communication skills in strong verbal and written English

  • Proficiency with MS Office and digital platforms incl. social media

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<5%)

  • "No task too big or too small" mentality

  • As a plus: Ability to utilize video recording and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Camtasia
