For our Cranial /Spinal Business/Cranial Therapies Organization  we are recruiting a
 
CSF Management and Cranial Closure Product Manager EMEA. In this role you will be reporting to  the Hydrocephalus and Epilepsy Marketing Manager EMEA.

LOCATION:   Any European Medtronic Office


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the organization and EMEA cranial therapies organization to achieve business objectives.

  • Manages the products of her/his portfolio along their life cycle. Plans and manages market introduction, product promotion, supply, possible issues as well as end of life.

  • Established marketing & sales strategies for the product portfolio for EMEA in collaboration with the cranial marketing team.  Consistently and effectively communicates to and collaborate with regional team  to assure their implementation in the regions.

  • Acts as a key resource for the sales and regional marketing organizations in answering or getting answers to technical queries.

  • Contributes to the establishment of the annual goals and objectives of the cranial EMEA team.  Provides input on forecasts and inventory control.

  • Designs marketing tools, field communication and training plan to increase sales force effectiveness

  • Meets and collaborates with customers regularly to maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders

  • Ensure strategic partnership and alignment with other functional areas such as education, reimbursement , supply and sales

  • Other related tasks to support the business as assigned by manager


JOB QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES

  • Business or Healthcare related (medical or scientific) degree or its equivalent.

  • Master degree in Life-science, Marketing or Business Administration or another relevant, advanced degree a strong plus

  • A positive person with strong entrepreneurial skills who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to their work

  • Proven experience of working in a cross functional team and leading with influence and navigating the matrix successfully.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English. Any other European language is an advantage.

  • Flexible in nature and comfortable with travel. Travel requirement: up to 50%
