Do you have initial experience in execution or sales trading? Do you enjoy a fast pace in a customer driven environment?
You might be the new team member we are seeking to:
• support Funds Execution for dedicated internal and external clients as such as third party banks (B4B), financial intermediaries (FIM), family offices, institutional and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) and UBS locations
• handle all client requests regarding primary funds (UBS funds, third party funds and hedge funds), e.g. order entry, dealing conditions, restrictions, transaction details, outstanding contract notes, pricing and fees, process flow
• liaise with external and internal interfaces in connection with funds execution (e.g. 3rd party banks, client advisors, internal teams, operations, funds departments and fund administrators)
• help to retain and further develop the existing client base
• support B4B Acquisition team and Client Onboarding for funds execution
• write presentation material and present our services to existing clients and prospects
• assist for new product assessments and fund launches, e.g. eligibility, forms, etc.
• manage risk, take responsibility and actions towards mitigating risk
