Our Region ESEA is responsible to market HUBER+SUHNER products and services within the assigned territory of Eastern & Southern Europe, Africa and Middle East. Depending on the customer structure and business potential, we serve customer either direct or via a local sales partner.
For our Central European markets, with focus on Poland and Czech Republic, we are looking for a technically skilled and highly customer oriented personality to develop new customers and increase business with existing customers by transferring specific customer needs into appropriate product applications.
You ensure that HUBER+SUHNER has an attractive, competitive and profitable offering for our Radio Frequency markets and that these offerings of standardized and/or customized products and solutions are engineered with a functionality fit for both, easy application and manufacture. You are in close contact with the customer, the local sales partner and with our Product Managers as well with our R&D department.
Your profile
You have a technical and sales background in electrical engineering and an in-depth knowledge of Radio Frequency technology. Basic understanding of Fiberoptics technology is of advantage. A very good understanding of the Radio Frequency related markets in the assigned countries as well as of their dynamics and players are key to this position. Additionally, you have several years of experience in customer oriented engineering and a business development mindset. We are looking for an open-minded, proactive and communicative team player who acts with responsibility. Your ability to quickly grasp and interpret your customers’ requirements, very good command of English and sound user knowledge of MS Office and SAP complete your profile. Knowledge of Polish, Czech as well as German and any other language spoken in our region is of advantage.
