For our Geneva headquarters, we are currently looking for a Social Media Project Manager, with a solid social experience and a strong background in delivering social and paid social projects end-to-end.


 


ROLE SUMMARY


As Social Media Project Manager, you are coordinating the production of client deliverables and are actively participating in the execution of DLG social services ranging from content planning, copywriting, posting, moderating etc. 


You are also involved in the design and the activation of paid social campaigns, from target definition and media planning to actual buying, optimization and performance reporting. 


You are primarily working within the social team but are also closely collaborating with other client services teams (analytics, search, consulting). 


 


MAIN MISSIONS



  • Management of international social media projects

  • Production coordination and support, from planning to posting, community management, etc. 

  • Client relationship management with accountability on the client satisfaction

  • Project production with accountability on the deliverables quality

  • Continuous optimization of production processes to boost operational efficiency

  • Participation to campaign ideation, design and 360° coordination

  • Management of Influencers projects & campaigns


 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



  • 4+ years of experience working within the social media field as specialist

  • Experience working in a digital agency preferred

  • Experience within the luxury industry as a plus


SKILLS / PREREQUISITES



  • Solid project management skills with strong level of organization

  • Budget monitoring capacity (e.g., ensuring tasks are completed within agreed contract scope)

  • Solid skills on Social Media, from content strategy to posting

  • Strong English copy writing skills

  • Solid experience on paid social activations, including campaign planning and media buying at an international level

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools (will be tested)

  • Proficient in French and English (will be tested)

  • Swiss nationality or valid Swiss working permit
