Mission


Your  mission  will  be  to  lead  and  participate  in  the  delivery  of  cyber  security  management consulting  engagements  for  our  clients  within  the  banking  and  insurance  sector.  A challenging  position  requiring  strong  business  acumen  and  in-depth  understanding  of  the Financial Services industry cyber security challenges


Responsibilities



  • Lead multiple customer cyber security management consulting projects in parallel

  • Track progress both in terms of deliverables and budget

  • Participate  in  the  deal  execution  process  and  closing  for  new  businesses  including complex contract negotiation with customers and partners. Support the commercialization process in pre-sales and solution development mode

  • Manage  delivery  to  new  and  existing  customers  of  new  deals  and  demonstrated robustness  and  viability  of  new  services/solution  prior  to  handing  it  over  to  Business practice owners

  • Screens potential  area of service development  by analyzing market strategies, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities Control the quality of the team deliverables


Requirements / Profile



  • Advanced Engineering or Business degree, ideally an MBA or a master degree in a security related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience within IT Security or the Security Services industries in a consulting function

  • Mandatory experience of working (minimum 3 years) for an auditing firm (ie: PWC, KPMG, Deloitte…) or management consulting firm (BCG, Cap Gemini, Capco…) specifically within the financial service industry

  • Valid B/C work permit or Swiss Nationality (Mandatory)

  • Proven experience of consulting and client delivery management

  • Profound understanding of information security industry forces and trends

  • Track record of success in scoping, delivering and controlling cyber security projects

  • Hold at least one, ideally two, valid information security certification such has CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001 or SANS

  • A  self-driven,  autonomous  and  highly  motivated  team  player  able  to follow  through and execute, while involving all relevant stakeholders

  • Excellent  communication  skills  (both oral and written)  and ability to interact with top management is essential

  • Strong analytical skills and able to quickly extract big-picture views from data

  • Dynamic and ambitious candidate with proven evidence of working in matrix organizations

  • Fluent English is essential, French and German are a strong asset
