The (Senior) Real World Data Scientist within the Personalized HealthCare (PDP-PHC) function is responsible for developing and implementing the RWD strategy for development programs, on the molecule level and/or disease area level as appropriate.
You identify evidence needs and recommend fit-for-purpose data and analytics solutions, including access to relevant data sources and/or collaborations.
You design and execute observational studies, generating impactful evidence and insights on our molecules/medicines and patients, to support R&D, advance scientific and medical knowledge, and enable personalized patient care and access.
You collaborate with peers within the function and across the whole organisation (e.g. Medical Affairs, Market Access, Drug Safety, Clinical Science, affiliates) to develop evidence generation strategies, identify evidence gaps and appropriate data sources, conduct studies or perform custom analyses to address molecule and disease area questions. Your research will be used to support internal decision-making and prioritisation, reimbursement dossiers, regulatory filings as well as publications.
You contribute to functional, cross-functional, enterprise-wide or external initiatives that shape our business and healthcare environments.
