We are offering an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on work experience and insights into Recruiting as well as wider HR topics within the Community of Practice (CoP) Selection at Roche. You will lead and support a range of global initiatives enabling our organisation to adapt to new technologies and new ways of working.


With an internship that's focusing on Early in Career (EiC), one of your main responsibilities will be the full recruiting process of interns, trainees, PhD's and postdocs.


In this position you will



  • Gain firsthand experience in recruiting within a complex international environment

  • Be responsible for full recruiting processes (sourcing, screening and assessing candidates) using our e-recruitment system Workday

  • Be partnering with talent scouts, recruiters and various business departments

  • Manage your own projects within the CoP Selection

  • Have the opportunity to gain insights in different recruiting departments


Who you are

Moreover, you are



  • An ambitious student who is currently enrolled (preferably in Business, Psychology or in a related field) or in a gap year between degrees

  • A person who works proactively and brings a high level of initiative for qualitatively high professional management, as well as a dedicated attitude

  • An excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented mindset

  • Proficient in English and German

  • Ideally experienced in MS Office, social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn) and G+
