Product manager with product marketing skills

What you will do
As member of the product management team, located in Switzerland in St. Gallen, you play a central role, in defining and implementing our product strategy. Your job consists of:

• Competitive analysis – Specific focus on feeding back to corporate with competitive insights on local vendors, and actions/pricing from global vendors.


• Maintain knowledge of competitors offerings and assist in identifying market opportunities and gaps in our offerings in order to ensure that Compusoft products remain competitive and leading in the marketplace.


• Engage with marketing to provide your input for the go to market strategy, product positioning, key benefits and other marketing deliverables.


• Work collaboratively with our Marketing organization to drive demand programs and drive cross functional engagement with key stakeholders.


• Develop accurate, relevant and high-resonance messaging, and partner with internal teams to ensure implementation across all our products and services.


• Define product roadmaps for product and service launches.


• Drive Go – To- Market marketing programs and define the advertising plan in cooperation with our marketing.

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience within a product management or product marketing role – preferably in conjunction with software or/and the furniture industry.


• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.


• Good communication and facilitation skills.


• Strong customer orientation.


• Autonomous, good energy, able to adapt quickly.


• Structured and analytical acumen.


• Desire to continually learn and develop knowledge and skills.


• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.


• This position requires some travel to seminars, partners and customers in Europe.
