Commercial Marketing Manager (Promotions)

Are you a commercially minded natural-born critical thinker and problem solver?  We are looking for a Promotions Manager who is able to create each promotion with carefully analyzed impact modeling. You will be creating new and innovative ways to appeal to our customer groups with fellow marketers, sales colleagues, legal and Finance teams.

You are a highly motivated and organized individual who can manage simultaneous projects and deliverables, efficiently and effectively.


The role includes campaign planning, calendar maintenance and development, project management, communication and analytics.


In this role, you will...



  • Lead and coordinate the strategy, development, management, delivery and reporting of promotional marketing campaigns, designed to grow customer usage. The promotions will extend across the EMEA region.

  • Work cross-functionally with Local Marketing and General Managers to create promotional plans, effective adoption and analysis.

  • Complete a monthly review with EMEA Leadership Team.

  • Lead calendar of promotional campaigns, helping the team thinking holistically and proactively about promotional priorities over the next 12 months. Ability to set a strong, forward-looking plan — while also to pivoting quickly and adjusting priorities as needed.

  • Work with Programming team to develop simplified incentives in SalesForce

  • Bridge marketing objectives with technical implementation

  • Think critically and creatively about how to attract new audiences — proposing new ideas, testing them, and refining them based upon performance

  • Optimize and iterate marketing campaigns based on results and achieving organizational objectives

  • Support multiple internal clients developing promotional assets and driving quantifiable results. Manage timelines, run meetings, report on KPIs, and serve as a liaison between Marketing and other Stakeholder Depts.

  • Create dashboards and process flows to track performance and create visibility across stakeholder groups

  • Collaborate with Creative Services Team to deliver high-quality creative assets, on time and in budget



You will need.....



  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

  • 5 - 7 years of marketing and commercial experience – ideally in Healthcare sectors.

  • Proven track record in implementing successful strategies to drive response and audience growth.

  • Ability to partner with SFDC development and FBO team to deliver new promotions.

  • Experience managing cross-channel creative process from development to implementation.

  • Strong ability to manage promotional calendars.

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with online testing and optimization.

  • Fluency in reporting tools, Excel, and KPIs.

  • Experience growing audience loyalty and engagement.

  • Highly organized and an ability to set up and maintain systems and calendars that keep others on track.

  • Ability to be nimble and flexible and work in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Strong project management, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate with creative and design teams to create compelling, highly visual campaigns
