To strengthen our international credit underwriting team, we are looking for a senior credit underwriter with experience in the Swiss and also international markets for our Zurich office. Your contribution

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of Swiss and international based companies (all Industries)


• Credit Risk underwriting and limit decision making, in adherence with our internal Group and local guidelines


• Defining underwriting strategies for key buyer groups


• Regular monitoring and assessment of the credit quality of the buyer groups within the portfolio


• Frequent contact and visits with key customers and risks


• Analysis and reporting on specific industry sector outlooks


• Coordination and exchanges with key selling underwriters in the relevant regions and internally within the Credit and Surety Swiss Department


• Challenge existing processes and procedures to bring value added change to the department

Your capabilities and talents

• At least 3 years experience in credit underwriting


• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business or similar.


• Excellent communication skills, with a customer first approach


• Fluent in German and English is a must (written and spoken); French and/or Italian is an added benefit


• Analytical with strong attention to detail


• Ability to make and support constructive decision making


• Ready to work in a growth environment; open to transformation
