Deine Aufgaben

As Business Analyst Manager you are responsible for achieving project and business goals together with your team. As a lead business analyst, you need to ensure an accurate and useful analysis that addresses the strategic and tactical needs of key programs and initiatives:

• Establish and ensure standardized reports/dashboards with clear KPIs


• Understand the business needs and translate them into business requirements


• Daily ad hoc support for the Merchandise Planning, Operations, Sales and Distribution teams


• Maintain and improve files/analyses for existing processes


• Provide periodical reporting


• Lead a team of 4 business analysts


• Manage team workload, evaluate capacity, and set priorities

Dein Profil

• Bachelor /master degree in business administration, financial or similar background


• 4-6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in retail/fashion


• Good English skills, any other language is an asset


• Effective communication skills


• Good analytical skills


• Excellent Excel knowledge is essential


• Power BI and/or other reporting/data visualization tools is a plus
