We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a proven track record of SAP ERP project implementations in Finance and Controlling area with excellent leadership skills for challenging global projects and strategic initiatives in a multinational environment.

What does the role involve?

As a Global IT Project & Process Manager (Finance and Controlling IT), you are responsible for implementing local and global finance projects with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead the project team, consisting of business stakeholders, functional experts, developers, and external resources. You proactively participate on the selection of new solutions, considering IT internal policies, business requirements, and cost. You oversee managing third-party vendors. You get the possibility to lead, coach, and develop junior project managers. You can further observe major finance trends and ensure that the respective processes are implemented using the “best practices” approach at Hilti.

What you need is:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant education, PhD is a plus


• A proven track record of SAP ERP project implementations in Finance and Controlling area


• Solid project management expertise in a global organization matrix setup, IT consultant experience is a plus


• Good understanding of business processes in Finance and Controlling, especially, in taxation, in the context of a globally operating enterprise


• Strong drive for success and high level of commitment


• Willingness to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues
