Product Marketing Manager - Industrial Full-Time

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, with dotted-line reporting to the Head of Industrial, Verity is looking for a talented product marketing manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns for Verity’s entry into the industrial market,

Responsibilities.



  • Develop product-specific messaging and marketing materials

  • Perform market analyses, assess the competitive landscape and capture evolving customer needs for the product

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and major releases, working together with other functional areas

  • Work together with development to shape the long-term roadmap for the product

  • Manage product marketing spend against budget

  • Create internal briefings and training programs about the products, benefits and marketing plans

  • Create annual marketing plans with measurable and appropriate KPIs, track progress against plans

  • Create periodic reports on campaign progress

  • Support the sales team to refine the sales process and supporting tools

  • Support the sales team in creating strategies to fill the sales pipeline, and move opportunities along the pipeline

  • Manage and plan digital content for the product, including website, social media content and multimedia content


Qualification.



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, economics, communications, or similar, with a marketing or related focus or a technical degree with further education in business

  • Evidence of continued growth in the field of marketing desired (e.g. further education, courses or development of new skills)

  • Must have: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

  • Nice to have: Wordpress, CRM, Adobe Suite, Social media management platforms, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google AdWords

  • Excellent communication skills in English (externally and internally) a must, a second European language would be an advantage

  • Ability to influence people across different disciplines and find common ground when confronted with different perspectives

  • Good presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate and source feedback from varied internal stakeholders about marketing plans

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to self manage

  • Very good research and analytical skills

  • Interest in technology and tech product development

  • At least two years of product marketing experience, and preferably more than 5 years of total experience (can include roles related to the marketing function, e.g. sales, business development, public relations)

  • Experience in a B2B tech environment
