For our B&PS division based in Zurich, we are currently looking for a 


 


SAP Service Delivery Manager  


 


Your Responsibilities



  • Own and drive customer satisfaction and service quality

  • Develop customer relationship at multiple organizational levels

  • Manage delivery of all services

  • Drive adherence to both intelligence and client policies and procedures

  • Conduct resource scheduling and coordination through the staffing process

  • Engage with intelligence Line of Businesses (LOBs) (Application Management, Maintenance, Hosting, Consulting, Innovation) active with client

  • Drive awareness of all cross-LOB initiatives that may impact delivery to the client (projects, organizational changes, etc.)

  • Review and approve monthly invoice and billing (time and expenses)

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives


 


Your Profile



  • Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or related field of study

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT service management (SLAs, escalation management, contract management, etc.) in large scale environment

  • Experience in configuration and management of SAP FICO IT application systems, maitenance and support

  • ITIL Framework understanding and knowledge, ITIL V3 Foundations Certification or higher

  • Enhancement and user-exits in areas of functional expertise

  • S/A Hana exposure and/or training

  • 5 years of SAP FICO project implementation experience/support OR £Master's degree and 3 years of experience

  • Ability to evolve in political context and to step-in difficult situation when necessary

  • Swiss German mandatory with good communication skills in English
