Mission

Advise on international real estate direct transactions (M&A, debt and equity advisory, strategic advisory and restructuring) within the Corporate Advisory & Structuring team

Job description

  • Major in Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • At least 10 years of investment banking experience in the international real estate sector (Western Europe and, to a lesser extent, Latam, Asia and the Middle-East)

  • Excellent analytical and structuring skills 

  • Excellent understanding of corporate finance concepts and structures applied to real estate 

  • Excellent distribution network especially in the private equity and private debt spaces 

  • Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously 

  • Experience in reviewing analysts’ work, models, valuations and pitch presentations

  • Experience in leading negotiations and deal documentation

  • Expert knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Highly motivated, team oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Fluent in English and French, other languages a strong plus

  • Swiss resident or willing to relocate

  • Lead the execution and distribution efforts related to international real estate transactions, generally originated by the Corporate Advisory & Structuring team (hospitality, residential, office, industrial, retail) 

  • Develop client and real estate investors coverage 

  • Analyse real estate assets and real estate companies’ performance on an absolute and relative basis

  • Generate and review forecasts, financial models, credit and valuation metrics

  • Review and prepare pitch books and other marketing presentation materials (Information Memoranda, management and board presentations, etc.)

  • Create and maintain various databases and reporting tools 

  • Interact with senior bankers and executive management of the bank
