Legal Documentation Specialist

Your tasks & responsibilities

• Drafting legal documentation for structured products (Base Prospectuses, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms) under European law (Prospective Regulation) and under Swiss Law (FIDLEG)


• Drafting and reviewing Key Information Documents (KIDs), Target Market Assessments, Termsheets and other documents according to internal and external legal guidelines in close cooperation with Sales and Trading departments


• Establishing and maintenance of cross boarder activities, such as passporting and listing of structured products


• Implementing and supporting Swiss and European (regulatory) projects and initiatives


• Providing internal advice in respect of the documentation and issuance of structured products, as well as regulatory and legal implementation matters


• Product approval and lifecycle management

Our requirements

• Professional education and additional qualification (e.g. paralegal training) or degree in law or banking and finance


• Work experience in the financial sector with experience in the structured products area


• Initiative, team-oriented and communicative personality

• Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to work independently


• An interest in complex and new legal and regulatory issues


• Fluent in English and German, French and/or Italian language skills would be a plus
